business continuity.
Steven Rodin, President
Steven Rodin serves as Storagepipe's President and CEO where
he is responsible for planning the company's growth and determining
its strategic direction. Steven has over 10 years experience in
leading and managing high performing teams, sales and marketing,
creating innovative technical solutions, deal execution and professional
services.
Prior to joining Storagepipe, Steven served as an Executive Director
with Comverse Technology where he lead the company's self-service
and strategic customer management initiatives and established
strategic alliances with systems integration and technology partners.
Steven was the President and Co-founder of Davinci Technologies
Inc., which provided enterprise Electronic Bill Presentment and
Self-Service software to many world-class customers. Davinci was
acquired by CSG Systems in 2003 and subsequently acquired by Comverse
Technology in 2005.
Mr. Rodin graduated with a Honors Business Administration (HBA)
degree from the University of Western Ontario.
Nolan Anelevitz, V.P. Sales
Nolan co-founded Storagepipe Solutions in 2001.
Nolan has responsibility for driving revenue through the creation of strategic relationships via Storagepipe's
Partnership program as well as Direct Sales.
Before helping start Storagepipe, Nolan was a founding partner in Questech Services Inc. where he was the lead
sales contact within the company. Nolan developed a sales strategy that increased revenue from $4 million to
$35 million over a four-year period. Company sales and marketing strategy focused on government and corporate
accounts. Nolan's leadership helped make Questech one of Financial Post Top managed companies in Canada.
Nolan received his BA from York University in 1990 and a Marketing degree from Ryerson College in 1995.
Kevin Sawyer, Chief Technical Officer
Kevin brings a unique combination of business aptitude, management skill and technical excellence to an organization.
Kevin graduated from Senaca College as a programmer/analyst and quickly expanded that role to include system
administration and consulting. After becoming a senior consultant, Kevin was responsible for a large number of
IT solutions from a "hands on" perspective which included the entire data management solution for Humber College,
the computer infrastructure upgrade and installation at Sunnybrook Hospital, and similar projects. Later roles included:
Senior System Engineer - designing various in-house systems in a 44,000 server facility: Global Architect - developed
engineering standards in data centre infrastructure for data centres in 35 countries, as well as an EMC instructor for
the Solutions Architect courses. Kevin holds over ten industry-recognized certifications in a variety of UNIX, Windows,
Networking and Data Management/Storage disciplines.
Peter Cheng, CFO
Peter has more than 20 years of experience in financial management
and as Finance Director of a major international investment bank.
For the last ten years, Peter has been providing advisory and
consulting services to owner/managers of small to medium enterprises
on matters relating to investment structure, capital financing,
divestment, real estate development and strategy planning. Peter
is a Certified General Accountant of Canada.
Laurence Goldstein, Chairman
Laurence co-founded Storagepipe Solutions in 2001.
Along with his involvement in Storagepipe, Laurence is the President of Chalet Capital Corporation, a private
equity firm. Laurence provides strategic advice for invested
businesses and evaluates investment and acquisition opportunities.
Laurence's other professional experience includes acting as the lead financing contact to the Media
& Entertainment industries for the Toronto Dominion Bank, where he was responsible for business
development and deal structuring. As well, he spent several years in various sales and marketing positions at the Toronto
Dominion Bank including VISA and TD Mortgages.
Prior to joining the Toronto Dominion Bank, Laurence was recognized
as one of the top marketing representatives in Canada for Pitney
Bowes.
Laurence received his BA from Boston University in 1991 and
his MBA from Western Business School (now The Ivey School of Business)
in 1995.
